Why it is Needed
Moving parts in the motor create friction which produces heat. After time, this heat causes the viscosity in oil to break down and this deterioration of the motor oil can lead to the buildup of contamination inside the motor.
A regular oil change without a flush only removes old oil and refills the engine with new oil. A regular oil change leaves behind the majority of contamination in the motor.
This contamination, if left untreated, will continue to grow and narrow gaps, hoses & oil lines in your motor. Over time, if left untreated, this will cause a gradual loss of power, a reduction in the vehicle's fuel economy (miles per gallon) and an increase in the vehicle's harmful exhaust emissions.
How the Engine Flush Works
This proprietary formula is ether, alcohol and detergent free. The flush will not corrode or dissolve aluminum, rubber hoses or critical components. In addition, the flush will not attract moisture into the system as other products can.
This product uses Dialkyl Zinc which restores the old, dirty oil's viscosity to 96% to help protect the motor during the flush. Dialkyl Zinc also protects internal components and is the best way to lubricate the internal components during the flush to prevent any harm to the gaskets, o-rings, rubber hoses and aluminum.

The flush uses proprietary atomization to effectively break down gum, varnishes, residues and other carbon deposits in any motor. It also uses a process called "emulsification" to bond with any water in the oil or motor.
The flush bonds with these unwanted contaminations after breaking them down to the smallest micron. These tiny particles are then held in suspension inside the dirty oil.
The flush removes all the contaminations & water from the motor when the old oil is removed from the vehicle. Commonly, this is done by simply removing the oil drain plug and oil filter during a regular oil change procedure.

Why a flush is needed
Every time a vehicle is driven, there are deposits that are created inside the motor. Over the time it takes to put even 40,000+ miles on a vehicle, these deposits have built up and these deposits always negatively affect the performance of the engine and its fuel economy.
As a result of contamination build up from normal vehicle operation, there is an increase in both oil and fuel consumption. This creates a situation where the sediment caused by the combustion process increases, exhaust fume levels rise and the wear and tear on the engine parts escalates. It is during this time that it is crucial to perform an engine flush to prevent further heat damage to critical engine components.
Commonly, the compression is reduced from sediment buildup in the piston rings, oil rings and grooves.
Even more common on vehicles exceeding 75,000 miles is loud or excessive noise (often a ticking sound) from the valves, lifters, rockers or cam shafts.
These problems and more can be solved using our simple 10 minute flush.

The contamination build up caused by normal vehicle operation increases the oil and fuel consumption. This creates a situation inside the motor where the sediment caused by the combustion process continually increases and exhaust CO2 levels rise. If it is not treated, it can cause additional wear and tear on the internal parts.
It is during this time that it is crucial to perform a flush to prevent further heat damage to critical components.
If the issues are not treated, larger particles of dirt and the formation of resin deposits in the oil ducts can trigger a reduction in the oils ability to lubricate critical engine components such as the camshaft, piston rings, lifters, bearings, and crankshaft.
Are all impurities removed by a normal oil change without an engine flush?
An oil change does not provide cleaning to the internal components. Inside the crank case, the old oil is drained during the standard oil change process. Any contamination that is not drained out with this oil is left behind. Once the engine has been refilled with clean oil and is then started, the new oil absorbs the left over contaminations and in a very short time (typically less than 250 miles) the new oil is once again contaminated. To verify, simply remove your dipstick from your motor 250 miles after your oil change. If the oil is brown, your motor is contaminated. If the oil is still clean as fresh, new oil then your motor is free of contamination.
This engine flush is also known as an internal engine cleaner
Once the engine has been refilled with fresh, clean oil and is then started, the new oil absorbs the sludge and deposits left behind and in a very short time the oil is once again contaminated.
Majority of oil changes do not flush the engine, and as a result their vehicle suffers with mechanical issues caused from the contaminations in the oil and the lubrication system.
If a flush is used then the piston ring area, the crankcase breather area, and the camshaft lubrication area are cleaned out at the same time while highly efficient lubricating substances (such as Dialkyl Zinc) protect the engine during the whole cleaning process. Elastomers such as oil seal rings (O-rings) are kept supple. All the impurities are removed when the old oil is drained out.

Front or Rear 4x4 Differential Not Working or Sticking?
Empty ½ can into your rear wheel or front wheel drive differential and push the 4x4 button. The gears will try to engage, however if it sticks or does work at all majority of the time (if there are no broken parts) it is because of sediment has built up. Adding the product will remove the sediment buildup which allows the gears to full engage making sticking or nonworking 4x4 differentials a thing of the past. After the differential starts working as it should, empty the fluid and replace with fresh new differential oil.

How to Flush
Using the best flush takes only 10 minutes.
Empty 1 can of Protec Engine Flush into the vehicles motor.
Start the vehicle and idle for 10 minutes. During this time, the flush will be bonding with the sludge and contamination by breaking it down to fine molecular pieces then surrounding it as it emulsifies. During this, the flush will also be protecting the internal components with Dialkyl Zinc.
After idling or driving the vehicle for 10 minutes, the flush is ready to be removed. To remove the flush take off the oil drain plug and oil filter. Fully drain the oil.
Next, refill the vehicle with new motor oil and install the new oil filter.
